Wordpress/WooCommerce - Troubleshoot Missing Shipping Value

Troubleshoot why the "Roll Label shipping charge" value is calculated but not shown on the WooCommerce checkout page.
We have a third party vendor plugin that makes it possible to sell their labels on our website. When those labels are purchased, the checkout page should show a separate shipping total for them (separate from the standard WooCommerce shipping fee for all other products). That extra shipping charge is getting added to the cart total correctly but it is not displayed on the checkout page (see attached image). We need to determine why the value is not appear on the checkout page in the space it is supposed to be.
