Wordpress/WooCommerce - Internal Server Error when multiple items are in cart

We have an issue with our Wordpress/WooCommerce site...
When adding multiple items to our cart, we receive an Internal Server Error when trying to access the Cart or Checkout page.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add "Afinia L801 Printhead" to cart - No problem accessing cart/checkout
2. Add "Wiper Roller - Afinia & VIP Printers" to cart - No longer able to access cart/checkout

We need someone to diagnose and resolve the error. Also, a report letting us know what caused the error and what the fix was.
