Wordpress Website & Print Materials Design

Job ID: 40518052

Budget: $30 – $200 USD

I run a therapy practice that uses NLP techniques to help clients work through anxiety and phobias, and I'm ready to bring my online presence up to the same standard as my in-person work. I have branding already in place (colours, fonts, logo) and need someone who can turn that into a complete digital and print package.

The site itself needs to feel inviting from the first scroll. Think gentle colour palette, soft motion on load (small animated illustrations that don't slow the page down), and a layout that's easy to navigate even for someone who isn't tech savvy. I'd like five clear entry points on the homepage, each pointing toward the same booking calendar: a general "Book a Session" button plus shortcuts for specific concerns like anxiety and phobias, an explainer page, and an "about the method" page.
The booking system is the part I most need done right. Visitors should be able to pick between a free short consultation and a longer paid session, with payment taken right there in the flow. If they choose the paid option, I want a short questionnaire to fire off automatically so I have some context before we meet. Calendly, Acuity, or anything similar that handles this cleanly is fine by me.
I'll be supplying video content, testimonials and short clips showing how sessions work, and I need these set up so they play on click, start muted, and let the visitor turn sound on if they want. They should load lazily so they don't drag down page speed.

For trust and accessibility, I want simple icons linking out to WhatsApp for direct messaging, my Instagram and Facebook pages, and a quiet link to a professional accreditation body so people can confirm my credentials if they choose to look.

Alongside the website, I need matching print pieces: one folded leaflet and three poster designs at A3 size, all carrying the same colours and messaging as the site. These need to be delivered both as print-ready PDFs (correct bleed, crop marks, CMYK) and as editable layered files.
Before submitting a bid, please let me know which platform you'd build this on and why, share a couple of examples of past work involving animation or motion design, and give me a realistic timeline from design approval through to full delivery, including the print files.
