Wordpress Website Finessing, Speed optimization, Migration

I just put together a Wordpress site on a subdomain. It's almost ready, but I need help with the following:

- Adding a play button added as an overlay on all videos
- Optimizing all images and videos
- Some image resizing
- Getting an A on page speed without losing features or quality
- Trim opening black frames off of videos so hero images always feature something interesting
- When complete, moving the site from the subdomain to the main

The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Proven expertise in Wordpress and cPanel on GoDaddy
- Experience with image compression techniques and tools
- Expertise in both HTML and CSS
