Wordpress Website Duplication/Backup

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me with duplicating and backing up my Wordpress website for migration purposes. The current hosting provider is not allowing us access to our files, and has blocked some backup plugins.

Purpose:
- The purpose of this project is to create copy our website and move it a new host.

Requirements:
- I do not know where my exact Wordpress installation files are located, I think the current hosting company has them as they are not allowing us access.
