Wordpress Website Duplication

Hi, We have an existing website in Wordpress. We want to duplicate the website on another domain name.
We dont mean to point the domain but instead export / import the complete website (for further modification) on the new domain.
You just have to export the database and import it on new domain and fix the permalinks.
