Wordpress Website Download Issue Resolution

I'm experiencing an unusual problem with my WordPress website. Instead of opening as expected, it's presenting visitors with a download option. Despite my hosting provider, Hostgator, being unable to resolve the issue and Wordfence confirming the absence of malware, the problem persists.

I recently added a new page to the site, and switched from WPForms to Forminator due to technical issues with the former. Please note, the problem didn't start immediately after the switch, but came into light shortly after.
