Wordpress Website Design using WPBakery

I am looking for a freelancer to design a business website using WPBakery. I have some ideas for the design, but I am open to suggestions. I require specific functionalities to be implemented on the website. The ideal freelancer for this job would have experience in designing WordPress websites using WPBakery and a good understanding of business website requirements. This is an existing website I need 3 pages to be added for which I will provide content, graphical image will be provided you and a registration plug in integrated. The Plug in is for handliong people's interests and also selling event tickets.
