Wordpress Website Conditional Forwarding Clean up

I have a wordpress site that currently is up to date but has conditional re-direct from Google results. For example, on google you search 'Blue 44 dc' and the first link listed 'Home page' or any other page gets re-directed to a spam site.
I also would like to migrate the website to a new hosting provider after the clean up or completion of the task above.
