Wordpress Template Designer for Blogging Platform

I'm looking for an experienced Wordpress designer who can efficiently set up and host my blog on Siteground.
- Purpose: The primary purpose of this website will be for blogging. Please ensure the design is optimized for readability and user engagement.
- Blog Types: The site will publish both personal and paid editorial blogs. Ideally, the template should allow for easy categorization and navigation between the two.
- Timeframe: I need this project to be completed by end of March.
