Wordpress - Table tool to create a view and Webhook for sending Woocommerce data

we need a programmer for the following task:

Project tasks:


1. Get data from database
2. Join fields from different tables, create query (optional)
3. Create a view or table
4. Display all data from the view in a table
5. Filtering options
6. Search options
7. Export the table to csv
8. Send table data via webhook to Groundhogg or CRM
