Wordpress Site Not Loading Properly

My site is on Wordpress. It was working fine till about 8-10 days ago but started giving internal server 500 error issues after I changed my Nameserver from BlueHost to Ezoic. I changed it back from Ezoic to BlueHost and it is very slow now, it's not loading properly, sometimes taking 15-20 seconds to load and at times not loading at all.
The BlueHost hosting guys have said there is no issue at their end, it's an issue at the website's end.
Looking for assistance in this matter from someone who understands
- Excessive processes generated in the hosting account,
- PHP misconfiguration,
- Severe outage,
- Malware in the account
- Possibility of using CDN
These are the possible reasons mentioned by the BlueHost to help with the loading issue.
