Wordpress Site - Create accurate and fast search results & fix results layout page

I need an experienced Wordpress developer to do things on our ecommerce website:
1. Create accurate and fast search results
Currently using 'Advanced Woo Search'.
When you type in 1 or 2 words, the search results are not accurate at all.
For example,
https://lavadeals.com.au/product/clothes-airer/
If I search "VIGA CLOTHESLINE" , it should appear as the best matched result, but it doesn't even appear at all!
Please make search results accurate and fast.
2. Fix results layout page
Please ensure results page display 12 products on each page.
At the moment, sometimes it shows just 2, but there are many more results. - see screenshots
