Wordpress Redesigns, Updates, Maintenance

I am looking for someone to assist in maintaining, updating Wordpress sites. Redevelopments and redesigns would also be required. I own a web firm. I will have weeks with a lot of work and weeks with very little work - it will fluctuate. Right now, I am backlogged with a lot of work. Developer must be very skilled / expert at Wordpress, Wordpress plugins and Woocommerce. Before I give the first job, I'd like to text/chat about your comfort level with having multiple projects on different sites. And if you have experience developing Wordpress sites from scratch. Everything has a deadline. Thank you.
