Wordpress Plugin for managing orders from multiple wordpress (Woocomerce + gravity )site in one stand alone Wordpress site

I have multiple wordpress website running on Woocommerce and Gravity form . The websites are for electronic device rental service. Below is a brief version of the project requirement, and more details would be provided to the selected Freelancer.
So i need a CRM plugin created that i can install on a standalone wordpress site(separate from my ecommerce website) which would draw in all the transaction details from all of my existing Wordpress websites that takes orders trough Woocommerce and Gravity form.
Then there would be an order management list page which would show
- all the orders from all the sites,
- Including the domain of the website from where the order came
and all the records/transactions retrieved from the websites would be saved in the database tables/records associated with this plugin. There would be additional data input fields available for adding records such as
- Phone number
- The courier company used in dispatching the device to the client (Royal Mail, UPS, in-house delivery)
- Postage Tracking number
- Change the order status (Delivered,Processing,Returned,Cancelled Order,Lost,Complete)
which would all be saved to the associated order without updating/overwriting the external website where the original order came from.
When the status of an order has been marked as dispatched, an automated email should be sent to the client with an update informing them that the package has been dispatched and the email should included
Link to the tracking page of the courier company used for the delivery
Tracking code
the system should log the user name of the person who assigned a device to the client and time stamp when the comment was added.
For each order, an admin can edit the order details update the order details and add a comment. The user name of anyone that does any of the above should be saved/logged to the associated order, so that any admin would know who posted the comment or last modified that for that associated client.
Clicking on any order would load a page with the full order details and all the comments posted/added for that client order
The configuration section of the plugin should enable an admin to
- Add/remove a courier company from the list of available delivery companies (this will include setting for their tracking page/website link)
- Modify the message that would be sent to the client together with the tracking code
- Modify the order status that each order can be updated to
- Add new website where orders should be retrieved from
Automated email should be sent to clients 2 days before their rental period date
Admin should be able to
- modify the message that would be in that email
- Set how many days before the end of hire date that the notification should be sent
All emails should be sent using the email address of the associated website where the order was placed from
Include the words "Rent device UK" at the starting of your bid proposal as a proof that you have read through this project description.
Any modifications made through the plugin should not re-write/change the original order details that are on the website where the order came from.
