Wordpress Plugin for Clipper Theme

I am looking for someone to write a WordPress plugin that can interface with IMPACT.COM API and import coupons/deals to AppThemes Clipper theme.
The plugin would need to allow the user to select categories, # of coupons, type of coupons/deals. I can show you a similar plugin for other affiliate networks if that would help.
