Wordpress Plugin Editor

I need the code of a custom Wordpress plugin edited to my specifications. The plugin is the Bullhorn Applicant Tracking system plugin. I would like to adjust the CSS of the plugin to match my branding. I would also like to update the plugin so that Google Jobs will pull in the information from my Applicant Tracking System automatically.
