We are currently creating an app and using wcfm api as well as Wordpress api. The wcfm api needs custom development to allow for new endpoints as well as new fields to be updated.
This will then lead onto a custom payment gateway to allow for in person payments using stripe, which is completely new and needs a developer who is good and willing to take this seriously to help build all the integration required.
