I need someone professional expert in Wordpress with knowledge of code to fixe the problem that I have on my Wordpress (that shows Wordpress Pages Unresponsive).

That the all Website be more faster to open in all devices (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile phones) now the website Rate is a D takes 19 seconds to Full open I need this a lot more faster.
Note: I have Hosting at Siteground and CND Cloudflare
3 Job is about the mobile view Footer.
Is to organise how the way the mobile view footer look like (the footer is done with Elementor Pro and is done)
But I need that instead the mobile view footer have only one column to have 2 columns it will be easy for someone that have knowledge on the Elementor because will be only moving columns.
