Wordpress Optimization

Looking for a Wordpress expert, specifically WP- Job Manager plugin.
Need to be able to optimize plugin and website.
Make the site faster, better design layout for the plug in, make any changes needed for the plugin and site.
The application for job seekers and employers need to be optimized, need to be able to custom code to add features that are not there.
Finally add new features that are not there.
