The ticket system has to allow the creation of a maximum number of tickets by month, according to the subscribed membership.
The ticket system, as usual, should help to communicate with the support team, follow the ticket, and delegate the ticket to other supporters, among other features.
When the ticket is created, a simple text template should help the user to enter the correct data.
