Wordpress - Migrate Products from old site to new

We recently migrated our Wordpress site to a new theme. The new theme uses WooCommerce while the old theme uses something different. We need help to migrate all of the products from the old site to the new site.

There are 41 products in all. The products consist of a short description, attributes, an image and related products.
