Wordpress Memberpress/Discord Integration

My website uses memberpress to track paid subscriptions in wordpress.
I am looking for a way to link my discord chat community to memberpress so that members with activated subscriptions automatically have access (to specific channels) and members who's membership expire automatically lose access to the paid channels but access remains on the "free" channels.
This is a repost due to so many time wasters.
