Wordpress Member Portal update

PLEASE READ ALL THESE INSTRUCTIONS & INSTRUCTIONS ON ATTACHED PDF BEFORE SUBMITTING QUOTATION – There will be no negotiation of price following accepted quotation.
We require a Wordpress member portal hosted by Cloudways to be updated to the new layouts highlighted in attached PDF document. We have also attached a sample CSV file the client would use to upload and update the data for each of their members on a regular basis. The first row of the CSV file has numbers which correspond with numbers in pink boxes highlighted on attached PDF.
There are 4 types of member companies, bronze, silver, gold and platinum. Depending on how much the member company spends at their supplier determines what type of member they are:
1. $50,000 (Bronze) = 750 points
2. $100,000 (Silver) = 1500 points
3. $150,000 (Gold) = 2500 points
4. $250,000+ (Platinum) = 5000 points
WE REQUIRE A FIRST WORKING EDITION OF THIS SITE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM ACCEPTANCE.
