Wordpress Installation With PHPmyadmin Database

I want to install a custom template I purchased from envato into my client domain, as I noticed I need to do that using wordpress.org and using any software such as FILEZILLA or PUTTY on my domain ip and extract wordpress there. I want my website to be linked to phpmyadmin database.
