Wordpress/ HOMEPAGE BUIILDING (HTML/CSS/JS/PARALLAX/SCROLLING)

Hello,
I have 2 websites.
The 2 websites are empty, just Wordpress is installed (can be removed as well)
I do not know if its better to use Wordpress or pure HTML/CSS/JS ... etc, you have to check and tell me.
Some codes I want are premade, you can check CODEPEN links and codes, so no need to code the scripts from scratch so its easier and faster for you.
I need desktop view and mobile/tablets view so I want FULLY RESPONSIVE WEBSITE.
Here are the full work details:

1ST WEBSITE (the work is only for the HOMEPAGE):
- I want this effect fullscreen (https://codepen.io/elisabethdiang/pen/WNbBxXq) to show for 3 seconds.
I will tell you progressbar to use later to add.
- Then I want ONLY the loading effect of this page to display fullscreen (See the "Become a Legend" text and effect loading)

After this effect, show the HOMEPAGE (here you can see elements I want from "top" page to "bottom" page):
- Youtube video embedded with autoplay and sound in FULLSCREEN.

- Parallax effect to show 4 blocks of text/images, starting when scrolling down the Youtube video (https://codepen.io/yuna9068/pen/XzjRva)
- Another Parallax effect after the previous one (https://codepen.io/nagurk_17/pen/Oybebx)
= Basically a static background with text/images on right/left when scrolling.
- A footer with "things" flying same as this footer: https://themeforest.unitedthemes.com/wpversions/brooklyn/demo45/
