Wordpress Expert to troubleshoot javascript problem and implement css/design changes

Using Ivory Search Plugin, troubleshoot why less than 10 results display for any search. Add sort option to search results (date, relevance) and display number of matches. Add pagination to search results if not there.
All pages on the site should have exact same header, footer, main menu, and content area. Spacing from menu to content start should always be the same. That specific spacing needs to be changed on 9 calculator pages.
Fix fonts size and color (should be all black) and general spacing/alignment on 9 calculators.
Change wp-admin login back to standard WP login page.
Custom proprietary plugin that is working on our live site but doesn’t work o our staging site. Based on troubleshooting it appears to be a javascript problem not calling/pulling a file.
