Wordpress Expert in CSS/JS/GSAP and design to multiple adjusts

I have a website made in Wordpress with Elementor, but I need to make some adjustments that were made with GSAP, improve screen transitions, create parallax in some sections, transform html/css/JS code into widgets... I need someone who has knowledge in layout to optimize and adjust elements that were created but need UX/UI.
