Wordpress (Elementor) expert WITH CPanel experience

Most are built using Elementor
I'm looking for highly organised self starter who can work under clear direction to achieve the specified outcomes.
Experience with Content types, templates, Archive pages, logic based displays, integration with outside softwares, Ecommerce set ups, as well as other everyday web page building works.
On the cPanel fron, basic navigation and trouble shooting experience is necessary.
ideally suit a UK based, english speaking developer. Off shore developers considered but only if the rate reflects base country averages.
12 hours per week, scope for more.
