Wordpress Elementor/Woocommerce to redesign website

I need freelancer that is profound with Elementor and Woocomerce in Wordpress to work with me, most possibly on long term project.
There is 2 major tasks that needs to be handled:
1)Overall redesign of website (UI/UX) https://bossbahamas.com. Client asks that needs to look similar to
https://bossbahamas.netlify.app . Details will be negotiated.
One of the specific, is that its needed to be used with Elementor with no dependencies.
2) Integration of woocomerce with sage. In this part I will work and assist with chosen freelancer.
Woocomerce needs to be integrated with sage api, thus i need further explanation how woocomerce stores products, so we can sync it with sage api.
To avoid bots, in middle of your proposal, tell me how much is 7+4?
