How we will onboard our clients
They will go through a form where we will ask them different questions to get their website up and running.
Step 1 - business name, email their name (this will be on the homepage/landing page)
Step 2 - Choose their industry
Step 3 - Pick the Website Design (different options based on different industries) (they will choose the theme and it will be shown in full kind of like how Ueni under “We have built websites for +800 business categories)
Step 4 - Final questions
Step 5 - Payment.
All this will be done for £299.99 plus a monthly fee of £49 - we can then set up a google my business, social media accounts, upload their website to online directories etc.

We will also be using something like this https://smashballoon.com/instagram-feed/
For the client's portfolio, they can select whatever hashtag they like and their Instagram post matching that hashtag will appear on their portfolio page.
Admin Section (customer): They will only see or have the option to connect an Instagram account and then choose hashtags - would need this changed so they don’t see all of the plugin details.
Admin Section (customer): We would want this changed from the current design of WordPress with very limited functionality.
For example, we would like them to be able to pick through pages but each page appears as a block and when they click on the page it will take them straight to the front end elementor editor.
Would also need the Elementor plugin white labelled or any connection to elementor removed.
There are also a few other sections we would like added to the customer admin section.
Emails (like Gmail) where the customer can choose to create an email address like (info at yourbusiness dot com) and then the inbox etc will appear.
Email follow ups, where they see the emails sent after clients fill out the lead form and the follow up emails after that.
CRM - so customers can manage their leads.
