I have purchased a new WordPress theme and I am looking to set it up like another website. The theme uses Elementor and I want to used the themes, blocks and layers in the theme to reproduce a cleaner and better version of the https://www.wateratthewell.org/ Website. (all pages)
This requires you to only used the demo material that is already provided in the theme. This should be a fairly simple and fast process for the seasoned WordPress expert. And it should not require a large budget, as you are only mimicking another website.
I will make all of the updates to the images and text once the format foundation is laid.
