Wordpress/Elementor: Creating a header and a sticky header

Hi, I need to create a header with a central logo and the menu that is divided half on the right and half on the left.
The logo will be white in the normal position and blue in the sticker.
The position will also change to the perfect center in the top position and in the sticker it will straddle the bottom bar of the header and the page
It would be good to create it in elemntor and that it is not valid in mobiel version (leaving the current one)
