Wordpress Easy Property Listings

I am looking for a developer with experience customizing this plug-in. We want to add a couple of features, we want to add another field to the form, form when we add properties for County. Then we also want to create a couple of pages which list listings by state, and then another page which will list by county. There may be some customization to the search results pages as well.
