Wordpress EDUMA site re-install and upgrade
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
THE PROJECT
i want a clean re-installation of a bigg-ish EDUMA website in Hebrew (RTL), plus activating and a bit of ux clean-up for courses, woocommerce products and payments.
What i have now:
guyariv.com is an EDUMA theme website for a public speaking school in Hebrwe (an RTL language). the site has several online courses (running on LearnPress plugin) and also several offline courses (sold as woocommerce products).
the site has a very very large amount off content (more than a thousand posts and pages) but has several big problems:
speed: it is ocnsistently rated as a ‘C’ on tool.pingdom.com measuring
bugs: it has many bugs that sometimes lead to site going offline, to users not able to sign-up or sign-in, or to random images disappearing from homepage
UX: user interface is a bit confusion and crowded. needs to be cleaned up a bit
what i want done:
i want a clean install of the theme, important all posts, pages, LMS content (courses, lessons, quizzes), events testimonials, users media etc.
This is actually quite easy with the host (siteground.com) which has very easy and fast backup and 'staging' features.
i want to maintain all the menus, categories, images, urls etc.
i want to configure woocomerce and payments,
i want configuration of google analytics, adwords, facebook pixel, social login
things i don’t want installed:
revolution slider (i have an elementor slider in homepage instead)
backup application (the hosting service has excellent backup + excellent staging feature)
plugins not strictly necessary for the site.
The result i want:
An EDUMA site fully working, with courses running, products sold,events, with same menus, URLs, content and media like now. getting at least 'B' speed score, preferably an A
