Wordpress Devleoper Needed for News/Magazine/Blog Site

Hi, i am looking for a wordpress Developer to build my blogging website, i have purchased domain and hosting and i have a design as well which i want to implement into my blog, i want my blog to show all my recent posts on homepage, and i also want to replicate the same Columns with equal widths and height as in my Design.
