Wordpress Developer To Fix Couple Issues With My Sites

I have moved my sites recently from Closte hosting to Siteground and it comes out my sites have a lot of issues which need to be fixed ASAP.
I have a long letter from Siteground support where they explain all the issues. Those 4 sites we are talking about using a lot of CPU resources, what makes my sites crash very often.
