Wordpress Developer - WP Bakery

Looking for a Wordpress Developer that can help me get a site up and running from the use of a theme. The theme is already installed and ready to be used, the site now needs to be filled in with the imagery and text.
Please note, I do not need a custom coded website, I need to use the chosen theme and do some slight modifications to that. Will provide PSDs and imagery to get it complicated.

Backend coding is necessary to fix some items
