Wordpress Designer/Developer

I am looking for a WordPress developer who can redesign pages that are good looking, fast, google optimized marketing pages with static content. So ideal candidate would skew towards front end design. its going to be 4 months work as of now and we will extend the contract as per performance.
looking for part time 20 hours / week
