Wordpress Custom post type post assign to specific user and frontend listing with filter.

Here project task is regarding wordpress backend and frontend.
We want to add Two custom post type. We want create user and individual user assign post.
After User login user can edit / update only and shows only assign post to user. User can not add any other post.
Also I want listing and detail page of all post.
Post listing with 10 result in one page, Result will come after filter , that set in left part of listing page.
Also add other custom fields as per our requirement, that all fields get in detail and listing page.
