We are creating an ecommerce where the user can customize the mesh through an editor. We would need for assistance a bot that we can train, so that it can help users by answering simpler questions like checkout to more complex ones like using the editor.
We don't have a lot of people who could assist customers so we would need it to be able to handle the assistance, while still giving the possibility in case the bot can't find it to suggest the user to write to us via a form, this however obviously needs to happen as little as possible.
