Wordpress + Cpanel Expert to upload a copy of a website (Hiring now)

Looking for someone expert in Wordpress and Cpanel (Shared hosting)
I need to upload a copy of a Wordpress website in another hosting (I need this as a backup).
My problem: the database (SQL file) is 400 MB and there is an error when I upload the database in parts of 100MB (error on wp_options table)
I already upload the Wordpress files.
I NEED SOMEONE TO FIX THIS TODAY.
Opened to install the copy of the Wordpress in my computer (local) with Xampp.
