Wordpress Consulting for different customization questions

Hello everybody,
We have a new Wordpress project and need some technical assistance for clearify different customization questions.
We had to add a Custom Post Type with Custom Fields. The problem we are currently facing is that we need a Form for the Custom Post Type in the Frontend. We have made an own Plugin to use so that we don’t face any Update problems. Currently everything is made in the Plugin in only one major Class where the Custom Post Type is defined. In this Class there is also an incoded Template. Later on, we want to create an own Template File which is loaded from the Class.
What we are looking for:
- Consulting for Custom Post Type or if it would be better to use a Custom Table
- A little example of how to use Custom Post Types in the Frontend would be perfect
