Wordpress E-Commerce that compare Shipping Company price rate, to ship parcel.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a Wordpress & Woocommerce developer who knows how to develop (or who has already developed) an e-commerce for the comparison of shipping and forwarding agents. In a nutshell, the user connects to the site, and calculates the shipping cost of his package, based on the shipping company chosen, the size and weight of the package.
We will need to integrate the platform with the APIs of the shippers we will indicate (Example, BRT, FedEX, GLS, TNT etc.).
In such a way as to follow the whole phase of the purchase and shipment of the parcel.
Packages will be picked up from the shipping point chosen by the customer and taken to the customer's desired location.

So, here is an example workaround:
1# The customer lands on the site making the calculation of the cost to ship his package for example from London to Milan (we will need to have an administration panel where we can check the rates and update them at any time)
2# The customer will fill out his purchase with all the necessary information to allow the chosen shipper to pick up his package. (Automatically we will need to interface with the shipper's API to send the service purchase notification to switch to pick up the parcel).
3# The customer will pay for the service (by paypal, stripe or bank transfer)
4# An email will depart to the site administrator and to the new customer with all the directions and the label to be printed to have the shipper switch to pick up and ship the package
5# The customer should be able to view on their personal page the tracking of the package (so what stage of the shipment it is in)
