Wordpress Cart Language & Shipping Fix

My nearly complete WordPress online store needs a few tweaks. Specifically, the cart and checkout page language needs to be in icelandic , and there are suppose to be more shipment options available.. There are currently no errors displaying on the cart page.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proficient in Wordpress
- Experience in troubleshooting e-commerce issues
- Strong understanding of shipping options integration.
