Wordpress CPU speed optimization

Hi, first of all thank you for reading my project.
I need someone that is an expert in Wordpress but also programming. I need speed optimization, a lot has been done but we need someone who can push this over to great results. This is a Wordpress Multisite project and right now, we are worried not with the frontend speed, but the CPU resource usage that wordpress does when the page is loaded. We don't need someone to tell the basic, like use a CDN we know all that, we need someone with skills to solve the technical problems that Wordpress has.
