Wordpress Backend set-up with advertising, event management and more

We have a few standard technical things that need to be reviewed. But the most important job is to get a nice framework to work on a good template for AMP for our home page, other pages and posts for designed for AMP. With this integration we also want (for standard WordPress and and AMP pages) we need proper configuration of Ad Sense and other advertising platforms. Would also like to tie into social media and pixels and other set-ups in AMP. We need to have our WPMU dashboard reviewed for settings and redirects and any updates (has its own staging platform) Knowledge of WPMU plug-ins and set-up would be very helpful. Also Cloudflare set-up could have issues. It may need to be removed in order to get other things working like the add your event pro plugin that stopped working (check settings and possible cloudflare issue. Review set-up between WPMU and cloudflare. (See sample error message from Ad Sense. Want more control over advertising. Right now earning are at risk due to incorrect set-up. We prefer no advertising in the middle of stories and for designated post. Was using Broad Street to integrate local ads. Will want to be able to place our own ads on specific pages. Also if possible no duplicate ads on the same page. So to get started we need help in checking AMP set-up and advertising. Some core wordpress files should be reviewed.
