Wordpress Assistant for Weekly Blogging

I am in need of a virtual assistant adept in Wordpress to assist me with several tasks. These include:
Enabling email contact for my new website at DavidMLamos.com, Mailchimp integration, and I will provide the blog content, but I need someone to ensure it is formatted correctly, appealing, and ready for publishing on a regular basis.
- Email marketing: Besides blog posting, I will also need assistance in email marketing to effectively use this communication channel.
Ideal candidates should have experience working with Wordpress including post creation and editing, have some knowledge of email marketing, and be trustworthy, reliable, and able to stick to a frequent/weekly schedule. Please note that this is an ongoing project and I am looking for a long-term collaboration.
