now planning to launch a new project focused on delivering personalized deals to our customers with the goal of improving our conversion rates.
Overall, we are publishing lots of deals on our WordPress platform on a weekly basis (currently, about 20 new deals a week). However, so far, we haven't been very smart about the distribution of those deal alerts to our users.
Our goal now is to set up a process that would automatically send out email and SMS alerts with our newly published deals to our customers based on their airline and destination preferences in the first place.
