Wordpress API for Blog Content Retrieval

Hello,
We have wordpress website, we need to integrate the site with external API that will import and sync the courses details into the site.
We have to add these courses in inner page with side bar with custom filters (Date, Category, Methodology. etc.)
Also, we will add these products as carousel in home page
